Ms. Henriques joined KAICIID in January 2023 after a career mostly dedicated to human rights and youth advocacy with intergovernmental and civil society organizations. She is an experienced trainer and facilitator, programme manager, and policy analyst. In addition to her professional career, she has nearly 20 years of national and international volunteer experience in promoting social inclusion and participation, including of migrants and refugees. As External Relations and Partnerships Adviser she is responsible for promoting and maintaining KAICIIDs strategic and programmatic relationships with IGOs, NGOs, and other stakeholders. She holds a Master’s degree in Development and International Cooperation from the University of Lisbon.
